The services were excellent. We got room with exotic decor and a nice size bathroom to relax.

I had a great stay at Homewood Suites and loved the clean and spacious rooms. The location was perfect and parking was never an issue. Despite being full, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast had a good variety and the evening happy hour with wine options was a fantastic touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Diane who provided us with restaurant recommendations. The hotel's proximity to the trail was convenient for biking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was the lack of a spa/hot tub, which would have been a nice addition for relaxation. Additionally, the view of the courtyard was not very appealing.

Came in Richland to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was easy base for doing it. The breakfast had lots of eggs and bacon. All the employees were helpful and attentive. The location in a very nice area was the best and there were boutiques and a convenience store nearby. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in several areas. First, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, easily accommodating our family of five. The fully-equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to save money by preparing our own meals. Additionally, the cleanliness and comfort of the suite were top-notch, with no spot of dirt or grime anywhere. We were also impressed by the variety of options available for breakfast, including eggs, fresh fruit, and even an omelet station. The hotel's location in the center of town, with easy access to the river and nearby restaurants, was a major convenience. we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay.

Hotel is fairly large.

It's fairly clean hotel with well-equipped rooms and flexible staff. Also, the location is exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, minutes from Allied Arts. The airport is 12 miles away.

This hotel is perfectly situated right on the water, allowing for easy access to riverfront activities. The scenic trail is just a short walk away, making it convenient for those who enjoy outdoor recreation. Additionally, the location is close to a variety of restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious rooms are well-equipped with kitchenettes and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also spacious and offer excellent water pressure. The hotel provides a delicious buffet-style breakfast and has amenities such as a pool, game room, and library.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of a spa or hot tub on the property. Although attempts have been made to fix it, it is currently not functional.

Location just off several wineries and the riverwalk and the river and with several great restaurants close by by. For tea or coffee visit Kagen Coffee and Crepes nearby.

The room was a nice size with bathroom, thoroughly enjoyed it. Comfy location and overall the staff was well-trained and very professional. Boutiques and a convenience store were right next door.

Its location just a pleasant stroll away from John Dam Plaza was upscale. We also went to city center, located relatively near the hotel.

The hotel itself was relaxing and fairly clean and the stuff where well-trained, it had comfortable location close to everything downtown in Richland.

Traveled with my wife, overall the hotel was luxurious. Well-trained and very professional staff who provided a really really nice stay. The breakfast was good hot with multiple delicious options; the location was quiet. Liked my stay here.
